You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, delivery, and order information and for keeping your login credentials secure.

VitaEats may use email/password login, Firebase Authentication, and Google sign-in. We may create or update your VitaEats account using your name, email address, Firebase identifier, Google profile details, and mobile number when you provide it.

We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used for fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or activity that harms VitaEats, customers, or service providers.

Prices, menu availability, delivery areas, plan details, and offers may change. Orders and plan enquiries are accepted subject to availability and confirmation.

For orders, receipts, support, delivery coordination, and meal-plan enquiries, VitaEats may contact you using your provided phone number, email address, or WhatsApp where applicable.

VitaEats provides food and general nutrition-oriented meal information. It is not a medical service and does not replace professional medical, allergy, or diet advice.

You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, suitability, and dietary restrictions before ordering or consuming VitaEats products.

Payment, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the selected order, plan, payment method, and preparation status. VitaEats may refuse, cancel, or modify orders where required because of stock, pricing, operational, or safety issues.

If there is a problem with an order, contact VitaEats promptly with the relevant order details so we can review it.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, submit false information, copy content without permission, or use VitaEats for unlawful activity.
